U8's Date of Births - 2018 and below must be 5 and over
U10's Date of Births - 2016 and 2017
U12's Date of Births - 2014 and 2015
U14's Date of Births - 2012 and 2013
U16's Date of Births - 2010 and 2011
U19's Date of Births - 2007-2009 (those born in 2006 must provide evidence of school enrollment)
